Delivery Information
At ligneum, the delivery quote will be provided by our team separately based on the delivery area.
After confirmation of the order, delivery can be organised by our preferred transport providers during normal business hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our team member will coordinate between the customer and the delivery driver.
We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods occurring to items once they have left our care and control. Any problems arising with delivery should be taken up with our transport providers.
If the customer does not have forklift on-site for unloading goods then manual unloading will be required.
We like to ensure we use more than adequate packaging to help protect your product, we use a base pallet and other packaging and ensure you receive an item undamaged. The delivery driver is NOT responsible to take base pallet and packaging. If you would like the driver to dispose of it then it will attract an additional $60. Unfortunately – our drivers are usually booked for other deliveries and a small fee is charged to cover the cost. Sorry!
Please note that exact times cannot be given and an estimated time can be advised on the day on delivery.
A redelivery fee may occur if the customer is not at home when delivery is attempted. It is important that the customer arranges a delivery time when they are sure to be at home to avoid any redelivery fees.
If the customer or a representative is not in attendance when the goods are delivered, we will take on instruction as to where to leave goods in a safe place. Customer is responsible for the goods once delivered.
FREE pickup from our Truganina Warehouse:
12-24 hours notice is required to collect your product once you’ve fulfilled your order.
Our team member will send you an email and SMS to let you know that your order is ready for collection and a pickup docket will be sent to your email address.
A flat tray truck or a tandem trailer is required depending upon the length & load of the timber decking pack lot. Please note that pack lot cannot be loaded on the roof rack of your van due to safety issues. Your product will be loaded using a forklift and it will NOT be loaded manually.
Our warehouse team will ensure that they load the purchased product but please double check the product on your pickup docket with the label on the pack lot.
