Where is your store/warehouse located?

We are online retail and wholesale timber supplier. We dispatch our stock directly from our managed distribution warehouse located in Truganina.

 

Can I check your stock?

Absolutely. If you would like to visit then we can definitely arrange an appointment for you to visit for stock inspection. If you are living far then we can even organise to send you a sample.

 

How soon can I pick up or get the product delivered after placing an order?

Once you are happy with the quote and fulfill your order, we can organise FREE pick-up from our managed warehouse within 24 hours. If you prefer to get it delivered then we can coordinate with the delivery driver for delivery date and time. Please check our Pickup & Delivery Information for the detail.

 

What if I would like to purchase and pickup straight away?

We can organise pickup in short notice. But please note that you MUST pick up your order between 7:30 am – 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday).

 

What if I find any damage or defect pieces in the pack?

Our quality control ensures on grading our products carefully. Still, if you find any damaged pieces then kindly email the photos for us to inspect or we might send our staff for a thorough inspection. After confirmation, we endeavor to compensate for damaged pieces. Kindly refer our terms and conditions section in detail.

 

Where do you deliver? 

We can deliver anywhere in Melbourne, including the East, North, south and western suburbs, as well as Geelong, Werribee, Bayside, and Ballarat.
